Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the activities you may not engage in when using Kudu WorkSpace, operated by Africa This and That Trading (PTY) LTD. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited content

You must not upload, transmit or store content that:

• is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that promotes violence, hate or discrimination;
• contains malware, viruses, worms, ransomware or any other malicious code;
• contains sexually explicit material, including child sexual abuse material;
• infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of any person;
• contains personal information you do not have lawful basis to process.

2. Prohibited activities

You must not:

• use the Services to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
• attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits or security controls;
• scrape, mine or extract data in ways that exceed normal product use;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code, except where permitted by law;
• resell, sublicense or rent the Services without our written agreement;
• use the Services to compete with us or to build a competing product;
• impersonate another person or organisation;
• interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services or other users' use of them.

3. AI features

The Services include AI-assisted features. You must not use these features to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive or that violates the terms of the underlying AI providers. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

4. Reporting

Suspected violations can be reported to support@kuduworkspace.com. We aim to respond promptly to credible reports of abuse.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, and reporting to law-enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to take any action we consider appropriate, in our sole discretion, to enforce this AUP.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product banner.
