What file types can I upload?+
Text-bearing PDF and Word documents. A scanned image-only PDF has no extractable text, so run it through OCR first — or add the requirements manually in the compliance matrix.
How does the compliance matrix work?+
Every requirement the AI extracts becomes a row with its severity, the source excerpt it came from, an owner and your response. You filter to High or Disqualifying rules and work the riskiest items first.
Can I control what counts as disqualifying?+
Yes. Each workspace sets its own keywords and default severity levels, so 'shall' and 'must' map to High and only explicit rejection language stays Disqualifying. You can re-apply new thresholds to existing RFPs without another AI call.
What does the AI Compliance Audit score?+
It checks your draft against every extracted rule and weights the gaps — disqualifying counts five times, high twice, normal once — then sorts findings worst-first. Every run is logged with the thresholds it used.
