What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?+

Annual billing is roughly 17% cheaper per user. You pay once a year up front and your seat count is locked in for the term — but you can add seats mid-term, prorated.

Can I send emails and invoices with my own logo?+

Yes — on Pro and Business. Upload your logo and pick an accent color in Settings → Organization, and every outgoing email and invoice carries your brand.

Can I send emails from my own domain?+

All emails are sent from our shared sender (notify.kuduworkspace.com) by default. Custom-domain sending isn't a standard feature yet — talk to us if you're on Business and need it.

Can I switch apps on and off?+

Yes. Each of the 11 apps is independently entitled per workspace. Starter includes DealBase and SpenSync; Team, Pro, and Business get all 11.

Is there a free trial?+

Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

Which currencies do you bill in?+

USD by default. ZAR is available for South African customers — other currencies on request.

Can I cancel any time?+

Yes. You can downgrade or cancel from Settings → Billing whenever you like. Annual plans don't auto-renew if you cancel before the term ends.

Where is my data stored?+

Encrypted at rest in our managed cloud database. You can export everything from Settings → Data export at any time.
