Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Kudu WorkSpace, operated by Africa This and That Trading (PTY) LTD. Our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited, processes payments and refunds on our behalf.

1. Free trial

Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be taken.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first paid month or year of a subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. Refund requests outside this window are considered case-by-case at our discretion.

3. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming month. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable beyond the 14-day window described in section 2.

4. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. Beyond the 14-day window in section 2, annual fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.

5. Add-on apps and modules

If you switch off an individual app mid-cycle, your subscription continues until the end of the current period. Pro-rata refunds for individual apps are not provided.

6. Service interruptions

If we cause an extended, unplanned outage that materially prevents you from using the Services for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may request a service credit equal to the affected period. Service credits are issued at our reasonable discretion.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@kuduworkspace.com with your account email, the invoice number and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks raised without prior contact may result in suspension of your account while we investigate.

9. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (South Africa) or, where applicable, the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
