Three tools, one source of truth
Initech's product team had Jira for engineering, Linear for design, and Productboard for customer feedback. Cross-tool reporting required a quarterly contractor.
How they use Kudu
Every roadmap item is the hub. Customer ideas link to the item that will ship them. Engineering issues link to the item they support. Retro action items roll back into the next planning cycle.
Outcomes
Cycle time down 28%, "did we ship what we said we'd ship" rate up from 61% to 94%, and the contractor is no longer needed.
