Uploading

Open the Files tab in the proposal editor and drop files in. Attachments are stored in a private bucket — recipients can only access them via signed 7-day download links generated for their token.

What you can attach

Anything: PDFs, images, spreadsheets, CAD files, video clips. Common uses:

• Design mockups & wireframes
• Technical specifications
• Reference case studies
• Contract addenda

Size limits (per plan)

• Starter — 10 MB / file, 50 MB / proposal
• Team — 25 MB / file, 250 MB / proposal
• Pro — 100 MB / file, 1 GB / proposal
• Business — 250 MB / file, 5 GB / proposal

In the email

The proposal email tells the recipient exactly how many files are attached (e.g. "2 files attached — open the proposal to view and download").

Security

• Files never leave your organization's storage.
• Links expire after 7 days; recipients get a fresh link every time they open the share page.
• All downloads are logged in the proposal timeline.
