Plans & features

Every feature listed on the pricing page is enforced in-app. If a capability isn't included on your plan, you'll either see the setup screen locked with an upgrade prompt, or the feature will fall back to the default (for example, documents use Kudu branding until you're on Pro). Nothing is hidden — you can always see what you'd unlock by upgrading.

Response target

The difference between 'priority' on Pro and 'priority with SLA' on Business is a written commitment: Business tickets have a guaranteed 4-hour first-response during business hours, tracked and reported. Pro tickets are worked before Team tickets but without a contractual SLA.

I'm on Pro — why don't I see my logo on proposals?

Upload your logo and accent colour in Settings → Organization → Branding. Once uploaded, they'll appear on the public proposal page, PDF exports, and outbound invoices for any workspace on Pro or Business. On Starter and Team the fields are still available so you can preview and prepare your brand, but documents fall back to Kudu's default styling.

What's the difference between "Standard" and "Limited" AI assist?

It's a monthly cap on AI actions across the workspace. Starter includes 25 actions/month (enough to try things out), Team 500, Pro 5,000, and Business is unlimited. Pro and Business also route heavier work (full proposal generation, complex extraction) through premium reasoning models. When you hit the cap, AI buttons show "Limit reached" — everything else in the app keeps working.

Isn't the audit log the same on every plan?

Every plan records the same events (module toggles, member changes, billing changes, security events). The difference is retention: Starter keeps 7 days, Team 30, Pro 90, Business 365. Older entries are pruned automatically.

SSO / SAML — I can see the screen on Team and Pro, is that a bug?

No — we deliberately show the setup screen on every plan so you can see exactly what you'd get. Configuration is locked with an "Upgrade to Business" prompt until your workspace is on Business.

"Custom contract & DPA" — what does that actually mean?

On Starter, Team, and Pro you're covered by our standard Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum (available in the footer). Business plans can request a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and a countersigned Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — usually required by enterprise procurement and privacy teams (GDPR Article 28). We can also complete security questionnaires on Business.
