Organization branding

Configure once under Settings → Organization:

• Legal & trading name
• Logo (SVG or PNG, transparent background recommended)
• Brand accent color (hex)
• Contact email, phone, website
• Physical address
• Tax / VAT number & registration number
• Banking details (used as the default on new proposals)

These appear in the proposal header, the emailed template, and the PDF footer.

"To" block

Every proposal has a client-facing header showing:

• From — your org name, contact, address, tax ID
• To — client company name, contact name, email, address

Use Fill from CRM in the editor to auto-populate the "To" block from a linked contact & company.

PDF export

Two ways to get a PDF:

1. Download button on the share page — opens the browser print dialog with clean print styles (no headers, footers, or nav chrome).
2. ?print=1 query param on the share URL — same clean layout, useful for headless PDF generation.

The PDF is a faithful, print-optimized render of the share page: your branding, per-section subtotals, deposit breakdown, terms, banking, and signature block are all included.

White-labelling

On Pro and Business plans you can also hide the "Sent via Kudu WorkSpace" footer on emails and the share page.
