Pricing, deposits & totals

Line items

Each pricing section has line items with description, quantity, unit price, tax %, and discount %. Kudu auto-computes:

• line total = qty × unit_price × (1 − discount) × (1 + tax)
• Per-section subtotal
• Proposal subtotal, tax, discount, grand total

Multiple pricing sections

Add more than one pricing section to break a proposal into phases (e.g. Discovery, Design, Development). Each section shows its own subtotal.

Currency

Pick a currency per proposal — Kudu displays and stores in that currency. FX conversion to your base currency happens on the Reports and Forecast views only.

Deposits

Set a deposit percentage on any proposal. The public share page and PDF then render:

• Subtotal / Tax / Grand total
• Deposit due now (grand_total × deposit_percent)
• Balance on completion

Terms & banking details

Two separate rich-text fields live below the total: Terms & Conditions and Banking details. Line breaks are preserved on both the web view and PDF.
