PitchPro — Proposals

PitchPro is Kudu's proposal builder. Create branded proposals with:

• Reusable sections and templates (e.g. Solar Installation)
• Line items with per-section subtotals
• Configurable deposit percentage and automatic balance calculation
• Terms & conditions and banking details blocks
• File attachments (design PDFs, spec sheets) shared via secure signed links
• Client "To" details, autofilled from your CRM

Sending

Click Send to email the proposal. The recipient gets a share link plus a print-to-PDF option. Every send is logged in the timeline and creates a matching deal in DealBase if one doesn't exist yet.

Tips

• Use Fill from CRM on the client block to avoid retyping details.
• Set your legal entity and banking info once in Organization settings — proposals pull from there.
• Attachments are size-limited by your plan.
