The RFP Assistant lives inside PitchPro at PitchPro → RFP Assistant. It turns a tender or RFP document into a structured, answerable checklist.
The flow
- Import the RFP document.
- Kudu AI extracts every requirement — submission rules, deadlines, mandatory attachments, qualification criteria — and assigns each a severity.
- The compliance matrix lists those rules so you can respond to each one and mark it addressed.
- Cross-suite intelligence surfaces matching past performance from DealBase and live availability from CapacityPlan next to the rule you are answering.
- The smart editor holds your response text, with AI auto-draft on qualifying plans.
- The AI Compliance Audit scores your draft against the extracted rules before you submit.
