Running the AI Compliance Audit

Run AI Compliance Audit checks your draft response against every extracted rule and reports what is missing.

Weighted score

The audit re-applies your workspace severity thresholds before scoring, then weights each gap:

• Disqualifying — 5x
• High — 2x
• Normal — 1x

You see both the weighted score and the raw AI score, plus counts of disqualifying and high-priority gaps. Findings are sorted worst-first with severity badges.

Re-running

• Re-run audit in the dialog footer rescores against your current thresholds.
• Turning on Auto re-run Compliance Audit in the severity popover rescores automatically whenever you save thresholds.
• Cancel audit stops a run in progress; saved thresholds are kept and results are left untouched.

Run history

Audit run history logs every run and cancellation for the open RFP: timestamp, what triggered it, duration, the thresholds snapshot, the weighted and raw scores and the gap counts. Expand a row to see the exact thresholds used, or Clear to reset the log.
