Reading the compliance matrix

The compliance matrix is the centre pane of the RFP workspace. Every extracted requirement is one row.

Each row shows

• The requirement text as extracted.
• A severity — Disqualifying, High or Normal.
• The source excerpt the rule came from, so you can verify it against the original document.
• Your response and whether the rule is addressed.

Severities

• Disqualifying — the RFP explicitly says non-compliance leads to rejection or exclusion. Fix these first.
• High — mandatory language ("shall", "must") without an explicit rejection clause.
• Normal — desirable, informational or scoring-only items.

Filter chips

The matrix header has All, High and Disqualifying chips with live counts. Use them to work the riskiest rules first; the empty state tells you when a filter is hiding everything.
