RFP Assistant
What the buyer is asking for (requested items)
When you import an RFP pack, the assistant extracts the requested items — every good, service, deliverable or work item the buyer wants supplied, priced or performed.
Where to find it
Open PitchPro → RFP Assistant, then open an RFP. The What they're asking for panel sits directly under the RFP summary, above the key dates.
What each item shows
- Item reference — the line, bill or lot number used in the document, so you can find it in the original pack.
- Quantity and unit — captured exactly as written, so text such as "as required" is preserved.
- Specification detail — any standard, warranty or condition stated for that item.
- Lot / section grouping — items stay grouped under the headings the buyer used, in document order.
Working with the list
- Use the filter box to search large bills of quantities.
- Use Copy list to paste the full scope straight into your pricing sheet.
- Nothing extracted yet? Click Re-run extraction in the top bar — very large packs are read in several passes.
Requested items are read from your documents only; the assistant never invents an item that is not requested in the text. Re-running extraction refreshes the list and leaves your manual summary, briefing and deadline edits untouched.
