Tuning severity thresholds
Set your own keywords and default severity levels, then re-apply them to existing RFPs.
AI severity guesses are conservative by default. Severity rules (in the RFP workspace header) lets a workspace admin decide what counts as disqualifying.
What you can set
- Disqualifying keywords — phrases that must be present for a rule to stay Disqualifying (for example "will be rejected", "non-responsive", "excluded from evaluation").
- Mandatory keywords — phrases such as "shall" and "must" that map to High.
- Default level for rules that match nothing.
Applying changes
- Save stores the thresholds for the whole workspace.
- Re-apply reclassifies the rules on the RFP you have open, without another AI call.
- A progress bar reports each stage — saving, re-applying, auditing — and can be cancelled mid-run. Your saved thresholds are kept even if you cancel.
- Auto re-run Compliance Audit (saved per browser) rescores the audit automatically after every save.
Save and Re-apply are disabled while a run is in progress so two runs cannot overlap.
Severity tuning is a Business plan capability.
